The 3 Pillars for Entrepreneurial Success:
Entrepreneurial success is built up by lots of things.
You need to handle your business, manage time with your family, and work out as well, but there ARE more things to success than that.
So today, I’ll be covering the 3 pillars of entrepreneurial success.
Number 1 - Treating People with Respect
Treating people with respect is incredibly important.
You build long-term relationships with people, you show that you’re a good human being, somebody that people can trust.
You know how people say your net worth is your network, well…
Success is not just about transactions, because if you don’t have anybody to do transactions with, then you will fail.
It’s about transactions AND connections.
Be a respectful person always, and strong connections will be on their way.
Number 2 - Working Hard
There's no shortcut for hard work.
Hard work is what will start your business, and once it’s up and running - hard work will keep it running.
And let’s talk about smart strategies.
We can agree that while smart strategies are important if you don’t work hard on putting those strategies to the test…
Well, then they’re pointless!
And while working hard, you can face hard times.
But so has every other successful person that has built themselves from the ground up.
The only difference between a successful person, and a person that isn’t successful is = They kept pushing even though it was hard.
Fall in love with challenges as they will make you learn good lessons.
Your work ethic will inspire other people around you.
Number 3 - Being Consistent (overlooked)
This is the fuel for the car, the wings on a plane, the wheelset on a train.
Consistency is what brings everything together, and keeps it there.
You can be the hardest working person in the world, but if you can only hold that tempo for 1 week, well then you won’t get very far.
Success IS like a marathon.
Keep consistent, enjoy the journey, and good luck!

That’s a wrap for this week!
