HOW To Avoid burn out

The simple solution:

If you feel like you’re currently stagnant, or just stuck in that period where you’re just not seeing progress, then this email is for you…

See, you gotta take a step back and look at life objectively.

There’s a time for everything in life.

There’s a time for you to build your spiritual life, there’s a time for you to build your business, a time to build your relationships, and a time to build your health.

You could call them all “seasons” of life just like we have seasons in a year, summer, winter, etc.

Every season comes with a different environment, now you obviously can’t change the season, but you can adapt to it.

This is the difference between people who crush it and people who are struggling.

The people at the top are in alignment with their season.

And what this all essentially comes down to is that:

There are finite periods of time when you will have to focus on building your health, building your business, building your relationships, and during those times, it’s important to focus on the task at hand.

You can even give yourself a set period of time, for example from today until December, you’re gonna be focusing solely on your business.

Of course, this would mean less time spent with friends, so this would be more of a “no” season. You’ll be saying no to partying, no to concerts, etc.

But then after that, once the season is over, you’ve built some more on your business, and you can start spending more time with loved ones once again.

Of course, don’t just take all of your focus away from your business, still maintain it and grow it.

That’s a wrap for this week!
