Laziness... The Dream Killer

Laziness ruins people's dreams. Because as we know - positive action is what matters when it comes to achieving your dreams.

So, how do you avoid laziness? Here are some tips:

  1. Have a clear action plan.

When you have a clear action plan, you won’t have to “think” too much about what to do but just do it. It’s simple, it’s easy, and you can act on it at that given moment.

  1. Minimize friction.

Now, what does this mean? Here’s an example: say you live 15 minutes away from the gym within walking distance - if it’s cold outside, there’s friction, and you will not want to go.

You could minimize friction here by getting a transportation method, such as a bike or a car.

Summed up, make the task easier to fulfill because the less you have to do to complete the task, the better.

  1. Set daily goals.

Small daily goals are incredibly important, after all, today is the only day you can control.

So for example, you could have some daily goals written on paper saying:

* Call 5 companies
* Post 3 posts on social media
* Workout for 30 minutes
* Go for a 10-minute run

And these could be some daily goals, which you plan to complete.

Creating your own daily goals checklist, and completing that daily, could save you from procrastination, and laziness, and it could bring you to success much quicker.

That’s a wrap for this week!
