Have you ever noticed that during your best sales calls, your emotions seem to radiate, almost like an invisible force?
Let me explain…
It's no coincidence.
Your prospects have the ability to sense your emotional state, and it all boils down to a cool concept known as "mirror neurons."
If you’re nervous, needy, or too excited, your prospects' mirror neurons will light up.
Mirror neurons are those neural connectors that ignite a subtle dance of empathy and imitation within their brains.
These mirror neurons enable them to subconsciously mimic your emotions as if they were silently mirroring your every move and feeling.

Okay, okay…
You might be thinking “What can I do with this knowledge?”
Here’s what you do…
Leverage it to your advantage!
Now this is not some type of “magic” or “manipulation”, it’s how our human brains work.
So imagine this for a moment…
The very emotions you're experiencing can be mirrored by your prospects on the other end of the call.
If you're displaying signs of nervousness or desperation, it can trigger caution in your prospects, thus most likely reducing your chance of closing the deal.
On the other side, if you're full of confidence and enthusiasm, your prospects are more likely to respond positively and feel at ease.
Interesting, right?
The good news is, you have the power to take control of these interactions by consciously adjusting your emotional approach.
Have a sense of calm confidence and genuine interest; this way, you can create an aura of trust and authenticity that resonates with your prospects.
So, the next time you’re on a sales call, remember the power of influence your emotional presence has.
Take a deep breath, center yourself, and approach the conversation with a positive mindset.
Remember to focus on understanding your prospects' needs.
