Mind fog is ruining your chances of success...

MINDFOG.

We’ve all had it.

But is mind fog a curse? Is there no solution for it?

Well…

Let’s say you woke up and chose to scroll on social media for 10 minutes, and now your mind feels foggy.

How can you treat this?

There are a couple of ways to fix this, and we all know what that first step is.

STOP SCROLLING.

Step 2: Drink some water. Yes, drinking water will keep you and your mind hydrated.

Step 3: Touch grass. You heard it! Go outside, explore nature, go for a walk.

Change your environment, and you will notice that after 5-10 minutes of being outside in nature, your mind will feel much better and ready to work again.

And, I promise you, if you follow these steps, your mind and yourself will function much better.

Now go out there, and crush it!
