New Post
It looks like sales folks who set appointments might have a tough time soon.
But guess what?
There are other salespeople who could be affected too.
Who, you ask?
Here - let me introduce you to five AI tools that are making waves.
When you see these tools in action, you'll know who might be in trouble.
Air.Ai: This one might not be new to some, but it's best for replacing outbound sales reps or setters. I've heard mixed reviews, though. Some say it has awkward pauses and a fake-sounding laugh. (Check out the free version on the side.)
Gong.io: This tool is for businesses around $20K. Think of it as a CRM/AI transcription service. The team I'm on uses it, and honestly, there's a lot I haven't explored yet. It's great for analytics too.
Callrev.ai: Now, this one is a fantastic AI for reviewing calls. It's simple to use, especially compared to something like Gong. I personally use it and find it super valuable. I highly recommend it.
Octaply.ai: Many new reps struggle to find the right roles. This AI will create your CV/resume for each job and even apply for jobs on your behalf. It's not just for sales; it works for different industries.
Kayvon.ai: This one is the most intriguing. It acts like an AI checklist during calls. Imagine an interactive script. When objections come up, it pulls up the right script.
(It feels a bit like cheating.)
I personally use Gong and Callrev and recommend both.
So, who else might be affected by AI in the sales space?
Coaches.

New reps might use tools like Kayvon.ai to learn the ropes, but they'll learn the hard way.
