Objection Handling...

It's REALLY popular right now to be dismissive about objection handling.

Too popular.

The pendulum has swung WAY too far in that direction.

It's a huge mistake to neglect objection handling.

Here's why 👇

Yes, objection prevention IS preferable if it's possible.

And yes, you CAN "close as you go."

BUT!

As a closer, you often can't prevent every objection.

Because some need to be prevented before the call even begins.

Like getting all decision-makers on the line.

And while it's possible to "close as you go," not every conversation is going to go exactly the way your script drew it up.

SO...

If you want to be a closer and-

You know...

ACTUALLY make some money doing it.

You MUST master the art of objection handling.

80% of your job is going to be the discovery and the pitch.

Only 20% will be asking for the sale and handling objections.

But it's precisely that 20% that actually moves the needle.

(Remember the Pareto Principle?)

Which is why it's 100% CORRECT to focus on it.

The #1 predictor of success in the NFL is the red zone offense.

In other words, the ability to CLOSE is what's most important.

Read that again.

Everything, before you ask for the sale, is "selling."

Everything after is CLOSING.

So you're probably wondering, "Cool. How do I master this, though?"

I'll give it to you in literally 2 steps.

No need to make this harder than it needs to be, right? (Easy to understand = Action)

Step #1:

Make flashcards of all the most common objections and how to handle them.

Study them every day.

You can find the most common ones on the internet and how to handle them online as well.

For free.

Step #2:

Role-play them with a buddy every single day.

Every.

Single.

Day.

Do this until handling the common ones makes you BORED.

And you need something exotic and off the wall.

Once that's the case, you're ready.

You can call yourself a closer.
