Let's talk about dreams.

Dear aspiring dadpreneur,

This is the most important unsolicited advice you’ll ever get.

Are you ready for it?

DO NOT…

Under ANY circumstance…

EVER…

Give up on your dreams.

Because see the thing is there is literally no such thing as failure UNLESS you give up.

You don’t “fail.” You learn. It’s just part of the process.

Imagine a baby learning to walk. The first few tries they ALWAYS fall.

But we would never call that failing right? Why?

Because we know it doesn’t end there. They’re not going to give up. They’re going to master walking.

You can do ANYTHING you want in life as long as you don’t give up.

So don’t be like so many 30-something year old men who “let their dreams die.”

What a sad statement.

You have your dreams for a reason. The world needs your unique gifts and talents.

That’s why I believe so strongly that the world needs more entrepreneurs. We all have something great to contribute.

Have you ever thought to yourself, “Man…I missed my calling?”

Those are breakthrough moments.

If you realized you were extremely good at something you need to write that down.

Can’t relate? Trust me I understand.

Luckily there are a few tools you can use to help you find your calling. The first is the “Ikigai.”

Download an image of it and literally fill it in with what you love, what you’re good at etc.

You’ll start to get some clarity when you see where most of it overlaps.

The second exercise I’d recommend is similar and comes from the book Good to Great. It’s called a Hedgehog.

Do both and you’ll be well on your way to finding your purpose in life.

One of my favorite things about entrepreneurship is that it’s a transformative process.

It’s a process of self discovery.

So many of us chose jobs based on how much money it made or what our parents recommended.

Instead of choosing our path in life based on what we’re good at and what we like to do.

Because that’s really what it comes down to. If there’s something you’re really good at and you enjoy doing, see if there’s a way to monetize it.

Start that business. It’s never been easier.
